Services

Built to ship, not to demo.

I take on a small number of AI and full-stack engagements at a time — for founders and teams anywhere in the world. Fixed scope, clear pricing, one person accountable end to end.

AI Automation Build

$1,500

Replace a manual workflow with one that runs itself.

2–4 weeks

Support triage, order routing, reporting, lead qualification — the repetitive work your team does by hand, rebuilt as a monitored automation with a human-in-the-loop fallback for anything ambiguous.

You get

  • Process mapped and automated end-to-end
  • Guardrails, error alerts and a fallback path — nothing fails silently
  • Documentation your team can actually run
  • 30 days of post-launch support

Good fit if

  • You're paying someone to do the same repetitive task daily
  • You already use tools like Shopify, Notion, Slack, or a CRM
  • You want it monitored, not just "working on my machine"
  • n8n
  • Claude / OpenAI API
  • Webhooks
  • Your existing tools

AI Product & Agents

$2,500

An LLM feature or agent your users can actually rely on.

3–6 weeks

From a prototype that works in a demo to a production agent that handles edge cases, gets evaluated before every change, and degrades safely when the model gets something wrong.

You get

  • Production-grade agent or LLM feature, deployed
  • Evals so changes don't silently regress quality
  • Rate limits, retries and cost controls
  • Handover walkthrough + 30 days of support

Good fit if

  • You have a working prototype that needs to survive real users
  • You need evals, not vibes, before shipping changes
  • You want someone who's shipped this before, not learning on your dime
  • Next.js
  • Claude / OpenAI API
  • Postgres
  • Vercel / AWS

Full-Stack MVP

$3,500

A real product, built and shipped — not a prototype.

4–8 weeks

Idea to a live product with auth, billing, and a dashboard your first users can actually use — built to be extended, not thrown away once it works.

You get

  • Production Next.js app — auth, billing, core flows
  • Clean, typed codebase your next hire can read
  • Deployed, monitored, and ready for real users
  • 30 days of post-launch support

Good fit if

  • You have a validated idea and need it built properly
  • You'll want to keep and extend the codebase, not rebuild later
  • You need one person who owns the whole stack
  • Next.js
  • TypeScript
  • Postgres / Prisma
  • Stripe

Ongoing Partner

$800/mo

Keep shipping, without hiring full-time.

Monthly, cancel anytime

For products and automations already in production — new features, fixes, and the occasional 2am incident, on a monthly retainer instead of a per-project quote.

You get

  • A fixed monthly block of build time
  • Priority response on production issues
  • Monthly async update on what shipped

Good fit if

  • You already have something live that needs to keep evolving
  • You want one accountable person, not a rotating agency team
  • Whatever you already run

Prices are starting points, not quotes — every project gets a fixed scope after a discovery call. Doesn’t fit neatly into one package? Tell me what you need.

Try it live

This is what an AI Automation Build sounds like.

Hold the button and talk — this agent is live, not a script. Pick a persona and see how it handles a real conversation.

Answers questions, books a call

“Hi, thanks for calling — I'm the AI receptionist. How can I help, and would you like me to book you a call with Kashan?”

How it works

Four steps, no surprises.

01

Discovery call

A 20–30 min call — free, no pitch. We figure out if this is a fit and what "done" looks like.

02

Fixed-scope proposal

A short written scope, timeline and price. You know the number before anything starts.

03

Build, in the open

Regular async updates — no radio silence for three weeks. You see progress as it happens.

04

Launch & support

Shipped to production, with a support window included to catch anything real usage surfaces.

Working together

Before you book a call

Do you work with clients outside Pakistan?

Yes — most of my client work is international. I overlap with US and EU business hours for calls, and all communication happens async by default so timezones rarely block progress.

How do payments work?

I invoice via Stripe or Wise, in USD. Larger projects are split into milestones — typically 50% upfront, 50% on delivery — so neither side is exposed on a long build.

Do you sign contracts and NDAs?

Always. Every project starts with a written scope of work, and I'll sign your NDA or use my standard contract — whichever you prefer.

What if my project doesn't fit any package?

Most real projects are a mix. Book a call, describe what you need, and I'll scope it properly rather than force it into a template.

Have something to build?

I take on a few select AI and automation projects. Book a call and we’ll see if it’s a fit.
